Registration

Registration for the main conference includes:

• opening reception the evening of January 10th
• access to all talks & poster sessions
• conference banquet the evening of January 14th
• coffee breaks

Registration is a 2-step process. 

1. Fill out the form at the following link: https://aw.iimas.unam. 
2. Following step 1., you will receive an email from cursos@iimas.unam.mx with payment instructions and a link. For example, for a global north participant (non-student), the link will open a page that looks like:

To continue the payment process, please click on the button that says “Login”. You will be asked to register for an account with Tienda UNAM in order to make the purchase. Click in Register here:

Note that payment will be made in Mexican pesos, the equivalent amount in USD using the currency exchange for that particular week. Tienda UNAM is the designated payment system used for ISEC 2027 and is part of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

For workshops registration, each product has to be payed separately from the conference registration.

Registration will only be considered complete when both the form has been filled out and payment has been completed. Refunds may be subject to a penalty and can take a long time to process. We suggest waiting to register for ISEC once you have confirmed you will be able to attend.

Invoice details

When performing the payment please do not check the box for “You need a bill? Request it at this time, as it will not be possible to issue it later”, unless you have Mexican tax details for invoicing.
